Synsnake is a metalcore band that gained international attention with the term “K-POPCORE,” a distinct blend of K-pop and metalcore.
 

Having earned the label of “K-POPCORE,” Synsnake has established itself as a distinctive presence within the metalcore scene. Synsnake is recognized both as a fresh alternative within K-pop and as a unique identity that sets them apart from global metalcore trends. Their sound and vision have brought them to major international stages, including Rockfest Vietnam 2023 (Vietnam), Ryucon 2024 (Poland), and LAROCK Festival 2025 (Romania), steadily expanding their presence worldwide.

Emerging from the heavy sound of metal and hardcore, Synsnake’s music weaves together catchy melodies delivered by a female vocalist, fierce screams from a male vocalist, and immersive layers of electronic soundscapes. The result is a dramatic progression that remains accessible to a broader audience while preserving its originality. Their sound reflects the struggles of a generation seeking recognition for simply being different, while standing as an anthem for all who choose to walk their own path.

Synsnake’s second full-length album 'Nodes', scheduled for release in 2025, aims to further solidify Synsnake’s identity by blending K-pop and metalcore not as a simple hybrid but as the foundation for an evolving sound that transcends genres and expands its artistic vision.
